Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This policy explains how PulseAI processes personal data when you visit pulseai.fi or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act.
1. Controller
Maksim Vakulenko Tmi
Business ID 3650659-9
Service name: PulseAI
Email: maksim.vakulenko@outlook.com
2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process:
- name and email address
- company and phone number (optional)
- budget range and the description of your task (optional)
Our server also records technical log data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for a limited period to keep the service secure and to fix errors.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Managing an existing customer relationship and business correspondence — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Complying with legal obligations such as accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
4. Recipients and processors
We never sell personal data. To run the service we use carefully selected processors: our hosting provider, our email provider and a messaging service through which we are notified internally about new enquiries. Processors may only handle the data on our behalf and according to our instructions.
If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship and thereafter as long as required by law (for example the Finnish Accounting Act).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing maksim.vakulenko@outlook.com. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
7. Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores only your theme (light/dark) and language preference in your browser’s local storage. This information never leaves your device.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to handle your enquiry.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
